1. Monthly / annual passes (one-time payment)
Passes are purchased with a one-time charge for the selected term. We do not automatically charge your payment method again when the term ends.
You may use the included benefits until the paid term ends. To continue afterwards, purchase again manually.
Fees for the current paid term are generally non-refundable; see the credits and support sections below for details.
2. Credits / Top-ups
Credits purchased through top-ups are permanent and do not expire.
If the purchased credits have not been used, you may request a partial or full refund for the unused portion.
Once credits have been used, the used portion is non-refundable.
3. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem that prevents the service from functioning as intended, you may contact us to request a refund.
Refunds in such cases will be reviewed and processed manually after verification.
4. Digital Assets and Generated Content
Due to the nature of digital products, any downloaded assets or generated content are non-refundable.
